Is your item faulty or damaged?
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods (or for perishable goods within their use by date) you will be offered the choice of a repair, replacement or full refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My Pricetronic.

From 30 days after receipt of the goods until 12 months, we will arrange for a repair or replacement of the goods and, if this does not work, a refund. Once the item is returned to us and sent to our technicians, if a repair is not possible, we will offer either a refund, or a replacement product (stock permitting). The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. The 12 month warranty starts from the date of the original purchase.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
